When the voice of the Lord comes
to His people, the manifestation will be brought
forth by His people through prayer, proclamations
and decree.
Prayer doesn’t have to be spoken out loud, but
proclamation does. Life and death are in the power
of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21)
“Divine Proclamation”
To proclaim is to announce by making a declaration
to speak what the Spirit and the Bride are saying.
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say,
"Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let
him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take
the water of life freely.
Job 22:28 You will also declare a thing, And it will
be established for you; So light will shine on your
ways.
Proclamation by the Spirit to and through God’s
people – heaven’s sound by voice or prophetic music
and song.
To proclaim is to establish God’s word (will)
through sound that sets up a spiritual vibration
that affects all of creation.
Christ’s Example
Luke 4:
1 Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit,
returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit
into the wilderness,
2 being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in
those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they
had ended, He was hungry.
3 And the devil said to Him, "If You are the Son of
God, command this stone to become bread."
4 But Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written,
‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every
word of God.’"
5 Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain,
showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment
of time.
6 And the devil said to Him, "All this authority I
will give You, and their glory; for this has been
delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.
7 "Therefore, if You will worship before me, all
will be Yours."
8 And Jesus answered and said to him, "Get behind
Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the
LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’"
9 Then he brought Him to Jerusalem, set Him on the
pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, "If You are
the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here.
10 "For it is written: ‘He shall give His angels
charge over you, To keep you,’
11 "and, ‘In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’"
12 And Jesus answered and said to him, "It has been
said, ‘You shall not tempt the LORD your God.’"
13 Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he
departed from Him until an opportune time.
14 Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to
Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the
surrounding region.
Proclamation is used for spiritual warfare against
Satan – get behind Me!
Use proclamations to defeat the lies of the enemy;
you have been given divine authority to do so.
Luke 10:18-19 And He said to them, "I saw Satan fall
like lightning from heaven.
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on
serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of
the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Matthew 16:18-19 "And I also say to you that you are
Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and
the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven,
and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in
heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be
loosed in heaven."
Whatever you allow or prohibit by your voice is
allowed or prohibited!
Mark 11:23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says
to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the
sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes
that those things he says will be done, he will have
whatever he says.
Mountain – Gog means mountain is referred to as a
prince (principality) that is set against God’s
people. (see Ezekiel 38 and Revelation 20). Jesus
said to speak (proclaim) to the mountain.
Paul On Warfare
Ephesians 6:10-12 Finally, my brethren, be strong in
the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the
whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand
against the wiles of the devil. For we do not
wrestle against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers
of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts
of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Wrestle – to vibrate (by sound) – speaking, playing,
singing, and the trumpet sound all establish a
habitation of victory.
The Power of Proclamation Over The Elements
Example:
Mark 4:
35 On the same day, when evening had come, He said
to them, "Let us cross over to the other side."
36 Now when they had left the multitude, they took
Him along in the boat as He was. And other little
boats were also with Him.
37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat
into the boat, so that it was already filling.
38 But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And
they awoke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not
care that we are perishing?"
39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to
the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and
there was a great calm.
40 But He said to them, "Why are you so fearful? How
is it that you have no faith?"
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said to one
another, "Who can this be, that even the wind and
the sea obey Him!"
John 14:12 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who
believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also;
and greater works than these he will do, because I
go to My Father.
So, you can say peace be still to the storms of
life!
To Give Testimony
Proclamation – divine announcements:
I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His
might.
No weapon formed against me
I am victorious because He always leads me in
triumph
I have divine health flowing through my body; by His
stripes I am healed.
I am prospering in all things.
Satan is under my feet; victory is assured.
Jesus is Lord over my life and circumstances.
And … many more that can be found in His Word.
Divine announcements declare your victory so you can
and will live in victory. This is the power of the
spoken word!
